Inspire Christian Learning Summer Camp Policies

At Inspire Christian Learning, we seek to honor God by creating a smooth and organized registration process that allows families to plan with confidence while also extending grace and flexibility where possible.

Booking Policy

"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established." – Proverbs 16:3

Registration is required for all summer camps and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full payment is due two weeks before the camp start date to finalize enrollment. If full payment is not received by this time, your spot may be released to waitlisted families.
Confirmation of registration will be sent via email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to ensure your child’s place is secured.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

"Let your reasonableness be known to everyone." – Philippians 4:5

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to balance flexibility with responsibility.
Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp will receive a refund minus the $200 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date are not eligible for a refund, as staffing and materials will have already been prepared.
If a camp is canceled by Inspire Christian Learning for any reason, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to another camp.
If an unexpected hardship arises, please reach out to us. We seek to reflect Christ’s love in all we do and will prayerfully consider exceptions in cases of emergencies.

Waitlist Policy

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord." – Jeremiah 29:11

If a camp reaches capacity, families may opt to be placed on a waitlist at no cost.
As spots become available, they will be offered to waitlisted families in the order they joined the waitlist.
Families will be notified by email and will have 48 hours to accept the available spot before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist.
If you no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, please notify us so we may extend the opportunity to another family.
